Glenn Rathke, owner of Soft Design Consulting, LLC is a seasoned developer and former professor at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Glenn has trained hundreds of developers and students over the years.  He incorporates concepts from many proven programming  courses as well as his own unique 'take' on the WinDev language.


Soft Design Consulting, LLC has presented a mini 1 day version of the 'Getting Started Course' at several of the WinDev Conferences where developers were treated to an implementation of Dynamic Business Ruls and a fully reusable Query by Example.


We have been offering consulting services to large and small clients for over 20 years.  With our unique blend of having taught rapid application development at Roosevelt University in Chicago for 10 years, as well as being a seasoned developer for many more, we bring experience and enthusiasm to our WinDev/WebDev clients.

Soft Design Consulting, LLC was founded in 2005, by Glenn Rathke, a former founding partner with Blackwell Consulting Services, LLC in Chicago. The idea for providing a WX training solution was formed a few years back when several clients asked us to provide custom training to fit their needs.
